The Bromfield application is not correct in describing Gwernaffield as ‘highly sustainable‘
The Bromfield application says: ‘Gwernaffield offers a wide range of services and community facilities, in addition to the range of employment opportunities available locally.’ It refers throughout to Gwernaffield as being ‘highly sustainable’.
Actually : Gwernaffield has few services, few community facilities and few employment opportunities.
